The Bluetti Elite 30 V2 is one of Bluetti's smallest power stations, made for keeping phones, laptops, cameras and lights going on a camping trip or during a short outage. It has two wall outlets, two USB-C ports and a car port, weighs 9.5 lb and refills from the wall in a little over an hour. Power Lifting mode lets it briefly run simple heating devices up to 1,500 W, but with 288 Wh and 600 W of output, anything bigger needs a larger unit.

Expect about 10 hours from a Wi-Fi router and cable modem, or about 6 hours of laptop use. A CPAP without its humidifier runs about 35 hours, and a full-size fridge about 5.5 hours. It cannot run a coffee maker or a microwave, because both need more than its 600 W output.
One device at a time, from a full charge. Devices that cycle on and off (fridges, freezers, heaters, pumps) use their average draw.
Battery Wh × 0.85 ÷ the device’s average watts. “Can’t run it” means the device needs more than 600 W or a start-up surge above 1,500 W. Try your own mix in the calculator.

This is the small station for USB-C homes. Its two USB-C ports go up to 140 W, enough to charge a large laptop at full speed, and it adds three 12V DC ports for lights and a car fridge. At 9.5 lb it is lighter than the RIVER 3 Plus and only 1.3 lb heavier than the Jackery Explorer 300 v2.
Its 1,500 W surge is the highest of the three units under 300 Wh on this site. That lets it start a 5,000 BTU window AC or a 50-pint dehumidifier, which the RIVER 3 Plus (1,200 W) and the Explorer 300 v2 (600 W) cannot. Starting is not the same as running for long, though: it gets about an hour from the AC and under an hour from the dehumidifier.
The trade-offs are outlets and growth. You get two AC outlets, not three, and you cannot add batteries, so 288 Wh is the ceiling. Power Lifting can run simple heating devices up to 1,500 W, but the battery is gone in minutes at that draw. If outages where you live often run past an evening, start with something that can grow.
286 Wh · 600 W output · 10.4 lb
Pick the RIVER 3 Plus if you might want more capacity later. An EcoFlow extra battery takes it to 858 Wh, and it has a third AC outlet. You give up the second USB-C port and some surge.
499 Wh · 500 W output · 16.1 lb
Pick the Yeti 500 if you need a full night of CPAP with the heated humidifier. Its 499 Wh lasts about 12 hours against about 7 here, but it weighs 16.1 lb and has no rated UPS switch-over.

Estimates: battery Wh × 0.85 ÷ the device’s average draw. Real runtime depends on temperature, battery age and how hard the device works.
