BlackoutWise is free to read. Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the store pays us a small commission. This page explains which stores, what it changes, and what it does not.

Amazon

As an Amazon Associate, BlackoutWise earns from qualifying purchases.

That means if you click an Amazon link here and buy something, Amazon pays us a percentage of the sale. You pay the same price you would have paid without the link.

Brand stores

We also link to the makers’ own stores. EcoFlow, Jackery, Anker and Bluetti run affiliate programs that may pay us a commission when you buy through one of our links. Again, the price you pay is the same.

What this does not change

• Your price. An affiliate link never adds to the price. The commission comes out of the store’s side, not yours.
• Our rankings. No brand can pay to be ranked higher, included, or left out. We do not test units ourselves. Picks come from the official spec sheets and manuals, the watt-hour math on this site, and prices we check by hand. There are no sponsored rankings. The full method is on how we pick.
• Our opinion. We write the cons of every unit as plainly as the pros, and we do not accept free units or payment for coverage.

How links are marked

Every affiliate link on this site carries rel="sponsored", which tells search engines it is a paid link. Buy buttons are labeled with the store they go to, so you always know where a click leads.

About the prices you see

We never show a live price. We show a range, with the date we checked it, because Amazon and brand prices change from week to week. The price at checkout may be higher or lower than the range on this site. Always check the store page before you buy.
