The Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus is a wheeled 3,840 Wh home-backup unit with 6,000 W of 120V/240V output (9,000 W surge), six standard outlets, a TT-30 RV outlet and an L14-30 outlet for a transfer switch. Compared with the original F3800, it adds generator bypass and takes up to 3,200 W of solar, and it grows to 26,880 Wh with six expansion batteries. At 136.7 lb and a premium price, it is built for whole-home backup, not portability.

On the base battery, the F3800 Plus keeps a full-size fridge going for about 72 hours, or three days. A 1/2 HP well pump with normal water use lasts about 65 hours, and an 8,000 BTU window AC about 9 hours, enough for one night. Fully expanded to 26,880 Wh, the fridge alone would run about 21 days.
One device at a time, from a full charge. Devices that cycle on and off (fridges, freezers, heaters, pumps) use their average draw.
Battery Wh × 0.85 ÷ the device’s average watts. “Can’t run it” means the device needs more than 6,000 W or a start-up surge above 9,000 W. Try your own mix in the calculator.
A full answer for each device on the Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus: hours, start-up surge and other units to consider.
Choose the F3800 Plus when the goal is to run big things at the same time. Its 6,000 W output and 9,000 W surge are the highest on this site. A well pump, a 10,000 BTU portable AC, a microwave and an electric kettle running together come to about 5,100 W. That fits here, but it is over the 4,000 W limit of the EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 and the 3,840 W of the BLUETTI Apex 300.
It is also made to sit at the center of a home setup. It has an L14-30 outlet for a transfer switch and a TT-30 RV outlet, can tie into Anker’s Home Power Panel, and accepts a gas generator for when the sun is gone. Its 3,200 W of solar input is the most here, enough to refill the base battery in about 1.5 to 2 hours of strong sun. Six expansion batteries take it to 26,880 Wh.
At 136.7 lb it is the heaviest unit on the site. It rolls on wheels, but stairs are a real problem. From a standard wall outlet it needs an estimated 3 hours to refill, against about 50 minutes to 80% on the DELTA Pro 3. Its 20 ms UPS switch-over is fine for routers but slower than the 10 ms of Anker’s own C2000 Gen 2, and its 3,000-cycle rating is the lowest of the four whole-home units here.
4,096 Wh · 4,000 W output · 113.5 lb
Pick the DELTA Pro 3 if your loads stay under 4,000 W. It holds a little more (4,096 Wh), reaches 80% from the wall in about 50 minutes, switches over in 10 ms, is rated for 4,000 cycles and weighs 23 lb less. It only expands to 12,000 Wh.
2,765 Wh · 3,840 W output · 83.8 lb
Pick the Apex 300 if expansion matters more than output. It grows further, to 33,485 Wh, and is rated for 6,000 cycles, but its 3,840 W output is well short of 6,000 W.
