How long will the Anker SOLIX C2000 Gen 2 run a drip coffee maker?

About 1.5 hours from a full charge. A drip coffee maker averages about 1,000 W, and the 2,048 Wh battery gives about 1,741 Wh after inverter losses. That is 57% of the battery an hour.

Can I run other things at the same time?

Yes, up to about 1,400 W more of the 2,400 W output. Each thing you add shares the same battery, so the 1.5 hours for a drip coffee maker gets shorter.
